Academic Network

Computer labs and classroom presentation stations are connected to the academic network.  Faculty can place course materials on the K: drive which will be accessible by anyone using the academic network on campus.   Faculty members should read textbook publishers' license agreements carefully before placing materials in the public K: drive.  Copyrighted materials and publisher files requiring restrictions in access should be placed on Blackboard.

The private academic drive (H:) is new, and is designed to give instructors easy access to their lecture slides, or other private material, from presentation and lab computers. Files in the private drive can be accessed only by their owners and system administrators.
