Test Browser
Browser requirements for Web registration are either Internet
Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.5 or higher. Your browser must also
be configured to enable JavaScript and accept cookies.
Test your browser to see
if it is compatible.
Browser Configuration
Open your browser and navigate to your browser settings:
- Netscape: Edit>Preferences>Advanced
- Internet Explorer: Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced
- Foxfire: Tools>Options
Delete Cookies and Temporary Files
It is recommended that users delete existing temporary
(cached) files and cookies (see browser configuration above)
before using SIS for best results.
Get Help
Technical and Password Problems
If you still experience technical problems after configuring
your browser and deleting cookies and temporary (cached) files,
contact the Student Help Desk by one of the methods listed in
the table in the right column. They can assist you with:
- technical problems
- account and password problems
- general software use
SIS Enrollment Problems
If you do not have an enrollment option for the current term,
contact Student Services in the Houff Student Center.
